  • Chargrilled pork chop, chorizo and mixed bean cassoulet, with mashed potato (**GF)
  • Pan seared salmon, sautéed peas with shallots, cauliflower puree, fondant potato, with a lemon and chive cream sauce (**GF)
  • Cauliflower and braised leek risotto, gremolata and shaved parmesan (V)(**VG)

  • Barbecued rump of lamb

    with smoked aubergine puree, piperade, pan seared courgettes, air dried plum tomatoes, dauphinoise potato press, lamb and passata sauce

  • Pan seared salmon with sauteed peas and chorizo

    cauliflower puree, with confit Jersey Royal potatoes, with a lemon and chive cream sauce (**GF)

  • Braised leek, potato and brie pithivier

    with cauliflower puree, butter poached cauliflower florets, tender stem broccoli, honey glazed celeriac with sauce vierge (V)
