Taste Restaurant has been offering fine-dining experiences for many years in Leicester. The restaurant is run by the Hospitality and Catering students who are committed to providing every customer with a unique dining experience. Our ethos is to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service whilst enjoying the quality of our food that has been cooked using locally sourced ingredients where possible. We make our own bread, churn our own ice cream, hand-make our own chocolates, produce our own pasta, flambé dishes in the restaurant – in fact, the whole gamut. The Restaurant is also fully licensed.

Taste restaurant customers can follow our students on their journey into the catering industry and can watch and taste for themselves how their culinary and service skills develop throughout the year. As we are a training environment, we offer real value for money.
